I'm a senior product manager, and I build AI products that enterprises are actually willing to trust. That mostly means LLM copilots and agentic workflows for regulated industries like banking and insurance, where "just send the data to a model" isn't an option.
A lot of AI PMs mostly write tickets. I work hands-on with the models themselves: shaping agent behavior, prompt flows, tool-use patterns, and the evals that tell you whether any of it works. And when prototyping something in TypeScript or Python is the fastest way to settle an argument or de-risk a call, I'll just build it.
